Smile Forest River Came Through

Monday I posted asking for the Georgetown Customer Service contact information, thanks for all the responses.

I emailed April Connor at FR in regard to leaking hydraulic hoses on our 2011 378. Yesterday I received a reply that FR wil cover all parts and labor for the repair but the works needs to be done by a Georgetown Dealer. No problem on that.

Forest River does stand behind their products event when out of warranty by 15 months.

When we had our Rockwwood Forest River stood behind their product with no questions asked. Different story with our 2013 Prime Time unit (a company owned by Forest River). When we change this camper we are going back to the Forest River brand.

Ditto on Rick Black. Dan Evans, warranty shop manager, is good to work with also.

Let them know if you have other issues and they will do their best to accommodate you.

We full time and they provided hotel accommodations during repairs.

My service department contacted FR after noticing that my windows were showing signs of seeping. Got approval to do the work even with it being out of warranty.

HI

Can you post April's e-mail address?

I need a source who will get back to me about a problem I'm having.

April and FR finally took my 2010 back to Elkhart to replace the entire roof/ceiling and while there replace entry door, swing out steps, some hydraulic lines (although got dripping still) and re-glazed the window. Very thankful to FR and April.

With the fan switch in "auto" or "on"?

Customer service

I hope you're right. I contacted April on Wednesday about a stress crack we found while we were on vacation last week. Ours is a 2010 Georgetown. We haven't hit anything or had anything hit us so I sure hope they fix this. I don't know if it was you or someone else mentioned the size of the screws they use - ridiculous. One of the panels for one of our storage compartmens on the outside of the motorhome is actually coming off and my husband said it's because of the size of the screws they used. Ridiculous!!

Thumbs up

I just received the e-mail yesterday that Forest River will replace the failing hydraulic hoses on our 2011.

...and we're the second owners! Way cool, thanks to April at Forest River and Megan at Open Roads RV here in Stittsville, Ontario

Tim
