Forest River customer service

On this forum some months ago NWJeeper mentioned the name of the the best customer service rep in Forest River. Can anyone recall the name? If NW Jeeper is online can you give me the name of the best guy to contact for information. I need some clarification of the wiring configuration on the Georgetown 350 TS. I am wanting to wire in a 2800 watt sine wave inverter to power the coach when it is not opportune to run the generator and when I'm not plugged into shore power. I wired up my previous inverter in my last coach but it had an ATS that switched between the genny and the shorepower and I was simply able to wire my inverter into the lead from the ATS to the panel. Also, on that coach the shorepower supply was rated for 30 Amps and on the GT it is 50 Amps. The ATS, allowing shorepower or generator power to bypass the inverter is only rated at 30 amp so I am concerned about damage to the inverter that might occur if I simply wire the invertrer directly into the line feeding the panel.
Has anyone undertaken a similar installation and have you any advice for me?
Lloyd

I have had great communications with Both Alana Duncan and Mike Burns. They are both in the Warranty department, but have worked very hard at solving the issues I have asked them help on. Mike Burns email address is mburns@forestriverinc.com and Alana Duncan's email address is aduncan@forestriverinc.com.

Very happy with both of their responses.

Happy camping

Mike has always been a great help with any issues we've encountered. John Armstrong has been very helpful as well.

I have tried to contact both Mike Burns and Alana Duncan. Neither has returned my calls. It is very frustrating to try calling and continuously get phone mail and no call backs!!

i've found that emailing FR reps works better than leaving voice mails.
