Forest River Customer Service A+

I am picking my coach up after repairs, tomorrow. The repairs were made possible mostly by the superb customer service offered by Mike Burns and John Armstrong of Forest River. Kudos guys, tops in my book. Happy motoring to all.

Could agree with you more. Mike has always responded to me, usually very quickly as well whenever I needed help. I've been dealing with John for quite some time, even before he came to work for FR. He used to work for Keystone and helped me out with some problems we had with our old trailer. Both gentlemen have been great to deal with and it's nice having a contact that will take the time and respond back.

i also have received great warranty repairs. my dealer boatnrv in rockwood tn
no delays. polite, and always kept me up to date via phone. my 2nd unitfrom these folks and i would recommend them to a friend .who was your dealer

We bought our coach from Boat N RV as well but from the New York store at the Hershey PA RV Show in 2006. We actually picked it up at their Hamburg PA Store. Everyone we dealt with was very nice. We had stopped in there about a year earlier while camping not too far away on a rainy day. We told them we were just looking around and they really treated us very well. What I really liked was they just said if you need anything let us know or have any questions please ask. We went out on our own and got to look without having someone trying to sell us anything. It left a good impression for all of us.

FR is tops in my book. I've had two issues while traveling cross country. A call to Doug at FR lined me up with a quick fix both times. Thank you FR

Bought my unit from Bob Ledford's Adventure motorhomes, Greer, SC. They are new to FR and thur John they were able to diagnose problem and effect repairs.

Took mine to factory for water damage in June 2010. It was warranty work OK'ed by Mike Burns. Took them one week to complete the work. What a job they did, you would never know there was any damage at all. Great people make a great company. I'm a very happy camper. I would refer anyone to a FR product.....

Doug is great to work with!! has always helped me out when ever I needed it. I have had several warranty items done at the factory and they always exceed my expectations.
