If my memory serves me correctly,which it seldom does,there is a Forest River person that frequents this forum..I would really like to have a chat with that person..My attempts to get a reply at the available phone numbers are fruitless..always get voicemail with no return calls..Thanks..
April was the only person at FR that ever returned a phone call to me. She was great. However, I have always received a response to emails when I needed to contact someone.

April was looking after service for Georgetown at the Frog Rally and doing a good job as always. I also find the best way to make contact is with email. April has always returned my emails and given me the contact information if I was trying to reach someone else. aconner@forestriverinc.com

They have regions assigned. Kevin Stratton handles the area we live in and has always been responsive and very helpful. He handles FR3 and Georgetown. When you call into the factory warranty center they will put you through to the correct person. They almost never answer but leave a message and they will get back to you.
