I know we hear about the problems we have with our Georgetowns but I must say that Mr John Armstrong and Ms April Conner are doing a great job. It must be very difficult to manage the Georgetown Warranty department but I have always been called or emailed back with answers and help.
These two are doing a job to manage complaints for FR. Yes, FR Georgetown has issues but I have to look at the human side and say thank you John and April for the most difficult job in the world trying to keep us happy.
I have sent many thank you emails to them both to make them aware that their hard work is greatly appreciated.
It only takes a moment to send them a thank you and trust me it goes a long way in making their hard job more worthwhile and rewarding personally. I have send a few myself. Have you considered it?
