I am not positive but the Richard Petty driving thing is no longer offered as the race track is gone, or is going to go so double check before you get your hope up.

There's a saying that for Fulltime Families, our plans are carved/set in Jello.

Right now, I've asked Jason to piece together 18-25. We definitely want to come down for a Halloween party and I don't think I want to be at the Fort for Halloween itself. So, so far- we like these dates.

We will be there 15-22, keep me posted on your dates. We did Halloween last year and it was pretty neat, being there for Halloween night was an experience for sure. You should try it once if you can

We've only done the Fort in late January twice. But this year we'll be there December 10-18. Really looking forward to the wife and I checking out all the Christmas decorations. That'll be worth it seeing her looking around at EVERYTHING.

But then we're out of there before the Christmas crowds. I can only imagine the I-95 south traffic that day when we're headed back I-95 north.

Im going Sept 11th....got the golf cart all set up. Basically you have to get it 1 mile off location...they meet you offsite and you can either trailer it or take their truck and trailer, somewhat of a pain but for all the days im there its only 170.

Super nice lady at Tee Time Golf Cars, said basically all the parking at the boat, shuttles, store, pool, etc made for the carts so we figured what the heck. She answered all my questions and more.

Bring lots of cash, that way you don't have to cancel Christmas. Get the golf cart or bring your own. There is no parking, other than your site, in the park for cars/trucks. Golf cart parking is pretty much everywhere.

Don't worry about seeing everything, you won't. Download the Disney app, I can't remember the name if of it,...something Disney. You can make reservations at restaurants easily without having to call and cancel as well. That app was way handier than I thought it would be.

have fun.

Was there just over a year ago with our Georgetown for two weeks and loved it. Having a cart was great. We were right next to the nightly campfire show and it didn't bother us at all and was fun. I hear they have good WiFi now.
