When filling the fresh water tank does the water flow through the water filter first? Logically I would think it would...but in the RV industry depending on the day of the week the unit is made I'm not too sure. I have not removed the facia plate to look at the plumbing behind it.

The water goes straight into the tank then through the filter when you use the water out of the tank. All RV's that I know of work that way, the Georgetown for sure.
