Sounds like it is a Dometic 4 door refrigerator.
If you go outside and remove the cover you will see the water on/off valve.
If you follow the tube to the two water solenoids that open and close for the ice maker and water in the door.
Now you have to see if the water in the door solenoid is opening and closing.
If the ice maker is still working fine I would think the water line is ok and should check the switch in the door that activates the water flow.
I think you should hear the click when the glass is pushed up against it.
That switch activates the solenoid and allows water to flow into the glass.
Also the refrigerator door must be closed tight or it won't activate the switch.
You also may have blown a small fuse in the refrigerator control board. That is the black box to the right of the solenoids.
