Frigidaire Refrigerator 2014 Georgetown 351DSBH

We have a Frigidaire Gallery French door style frig and it is not cooling the freezer or refer. Has this happen to anyone?
Troubleshooting tips?
Read thru everything we could find on Frigidaire website.

Thinking we might need to get it out of the hole, but it isn't coming out of RV in one piece that's for sure.

Am I correct in assuming your Frigidaire has always worked perfectly and you are used to turning it on and off with the door mounted touchpad? If "yes" what has happened since it last worked? When it is "on" can you hear the compressor running? I do have the same model in our MH.

Cut all power to it, I unplugged and turned off the inverter when that happened last year, has work since.
I think it happened when generator hiccuped
