Front air doesn't turn off or get super cold

The front air on our 2014 378ts doesn't turn off. It stops for about 3 seconds and then kicks on again. Also is not anywhere cold as the bedroom air unit. Have a service appointment in December. Any ideas in the meantime?

On the control thermostat do you have the fan on AUTO?
If it is at HIGH or LOW fan instead of AUTO this may happen.
Please check.

I have a 2013 378xl
Mine did the same thing. Only the fan would turn of for a few seconds the turn on but at a different speed.
I have now replaced it because it never got cold. Repair facility said it was low on freon. Dometic replaced it with no problem. Now it blows very cold air.

The AC on Auto runs on high fan until the temp gets close to the set point. Then it shuts down momentarily (just a second or two) before switching to low fan. I think what you are seeing is your AC approaching your set point but not able to cool enough to switch to low fan. So it shuts down momentarily then comes back on at hi fan.

If it's not blowing cool air then have your dealer check the Freon or other abnormalities.
