Called Customer Service at Forest River who said it was not their responsibility. I should call Ford. I kept talking until he finally told me to fax the invoice to him so he could put in a claim for me. I hope they pay me back. I think they should. They should have some sort of QC in place before they put a new coach out to sell. Better $141.41 than 2 new tires so I think they're getting off light.
You contact Forest River first next time and they will authorize the work and pay.
You went out and did it yourself before they knew about it. Wrong method.
I took mine to a Ford dealer that handles trucks and they did it (with authorization from FR) They did a great laser alignment front to back.
