Front end alignment on GTown 360

We purchased a 2014 360 on 11/19/13. Thanks to this forum we found out about the possibility that the front end might need to be aligned. Sure enough. We drove it in today to a place of business that specializes in large commercial/motor homes to have it checked out. The front tires were out of alignment. Cost us $141.41 to be corrected. Called Customer Service at Forest River who said it was not their responsibility. I should call Ford. I kept talking until he finally told me to fax the invoice to him so he could put in a claim for me. I hope they pay me back. I think they should. They should have some sort of QC in place before they put a new coach out to sell. Better $141.41 than 2 new tires so I think they're getting off light.

We purchased our new coach in September and had no problem getting reimbursed. I did call prior to having it done and was given authorization to have it aligned and a limit of how much FR would reimburse me for.

You contact Forest River first next time and they will authorize the work and pay.
You went out and did it yourself before they knew about it. Wrong method.

I took mine to a Ford dealer that handles trucks and they did it (with authorization from FR) They did a great laser alignment front to back.

Send a message via Skype™ to Falcon35
I did the same as Iggy with the same results.
