Where would I find a spacer to put between the fr axle and the spring? I am leaning to the right or passenger side about 3 inches!

Get some SumoSprings for Front of Ford F-53.
Also make sure to do the Cheap Handling Fix.

If your unit is parked, and it’s leaning to the right, shouldn’t you investigate why it’s leaning?
I’m guessing either a weak spring, which means replacement, or you’re heavily overloaded on that side.

Just sayin’

Has it always leaned or did you just recently notice it ? Mine is leaning and has for a while after thinking back about it.

I would take it to a truck shop that works on large box vans and 18 wheelers, because most Ford dealers cannot work on F-53's. There are many MH's that have spacers put in before they are built because design weight is known to be off center, but cause leaning, and later needs to be removed. The truck shop can look to see what is causing the lean, spacers, broken leaf, loss of arch, mounting damage or?. Most of these types of shops can add shims. They can advise you the best thing to do.
