Our unit is out of warranty. We've had the dealer look at the cabling 4 times during the 1st year, never resulting in a positive outcome to improving the quality. Even after they've serviced it I find a loose connection somewhere.
The same dealer installed the in-motion before we took delivery, I just assumed it held the same year warranty but will verify. They did not use the pre-wired satellite connection on the roof but rather ran their own cables, drilled a hole through the roof behind this cabinet and mounted everything there. That's why I'm assuming there's access to that area somewhere, or they're really good pulling wires!
I'll try calling them to ask.
