front window shade switch

Any one know how to jumper/bypass switch for front window shade? Stuck in down position. Works down OK, will not power "up" GT 378XL, 2013

roll it up by hand. just grab the roll and turn it by hand....

If it's like the Berkshire look for two buttons on the right side up by the roll. It's hard to find but when you do hold them down with the switch. It should beep You then can raise the shade. Mine loses the program once a month it seems.

Just an update to the front shade issue. Has been determined the integral motor has failed. jumper wire does not fix problem. We currently have the shade held in place with 2 bungee cords.

Does anyone know the manufacturer of the front motorized window shade on a Georgetown 378XL? Will try to have one shipped to Fairbanks,AK
