X2

But it still took 40 thread messages to learn Georgetown's all get fantastic mileage. 7mpg if you are really lucky.

We are retired. Our financial advisor told us to expect/hope for 30 years of retirement. The first ten are go-go years. The next ten are slow go years. Then come the no go years. If we spend a lot on fuel the first ten years, oh well! We are having a good time. We won't need to buy fuel for the walkers or wheelchairs.

I just made a trip from Oregon to Utah no towing my car. I usually get 6.6 mpg towing. Got 7.4 mpg without.

I get at least 7.4 towing a crv and driving 60-62 mph, while slowing down going up a hill and avoiding downshifting as much as possible. Nothing less than 50 mph. We have a 378 XL.

I just got back from a 550 mile trip and used 60 gallons of gas. 9.1mpg for a 327DS. Not bad!

One other thing to keep in mind...
You have LMC Luxury Mobile Condo. When was the last time you say a house that was moving down the road getting mileage. My versa on the other has gone over 2000 miles and has not burned a drop of gas, wonder what MPG it is getting.

Also the next time you get stuck in traffic because of nut somewhere that did a stupid act and has forced 95 to be a parking lot, you can put on your AC, watch a ball game, eat dinner and even use you own bathroom while ever one else stews.

I have not done that yet, but based on what I saw of 95 north last april, it is my future some day.

happywhencamping, never viewed the positive virtues of a motor home quite the way your I95 picture is painted! Another reason why DW and I love our MH. Very nice.
