Furnace outside door/drawer

2012 Georgetown xl 352.
The compartment holding the furnace are connected by 2 L brackets (1 inch wide and about 3 inches on each side). On each end of the L are 2 holes, through which Sheet metal screws secure the furnace to the outside door / drawer cover.
With normal use of the rv, the bouncing, turning, etc. work the screws in the holes, enlarging them, and they no longer hold. I have tried larger sheet metal screws - same problem. No way to do a nut and bolt.
This has to be a problem for everyone. Any ideas or solutions?
