My 2013 378TS originally had only two heat vents for the front furnace. Both were near the front furnace, located under the kitchen counter. The vents were both in the side of the counter Lower wall near the floor, next to the couch. When the unit was new, the front furnace would shut itself off and I would have to cycle the thermostat, off then back on to get it to work again. The dealer discovered the furnace was overheating and shutting itself off. The problem was caused by the two heat vents not allowing enough hot air to escape the furnace thus overheating and shutting off. The fix I had them perform was adding a third heat vent. The vent comes out the rear side of the furnace next to and behind the couch with an insulated duct running forward behind the couch. It exits at the forward end of the couch just behind the chair that is next to the slide out forward wall, just behind the drivers seat. This put heat in the front of the motor home. It made a nice improvement to the heating system.
