Fuse Box

My last Workhorse CL A had a drivers door. It was really handy for jumping out to get fuel, to exit twice when the main door latch broke, and the installers obviously liked it when they put the new 8.1 Ltr GM engine in after the original broke it's crankcase in 3 pieces. Had 24,000 miles on it, cost $14,000.

But I digress, how do you get to the fuse box under the dash , left of the brake pedal on the F-53 with no driver door?

I figured Ford must have put it some where else. I could'nt even see under there, but out of curiosity I put phone camera under there and snapped a picture, and good grief, it's under there.

Has any one found a nice trick to getting to it? Other than hiring a contortionist.

Thx, Max

Find a skinny young kid to help or remove the drivers seat. Its only 4 bolts.
