Gas range controls

The controls for the 2 back burners on the Magic Chef gas range in my 2007 378 go to OFF, LITE and HI, but won't turn any further to reduce the flame size. Just block at LITE. Front burner is fine. Anybody have this happen? Can't be from wear; we've only recently purchased the RV, and I don't think the gas range was ever used before. And I seem to recall that they were working okay when we first tried them. Suggestions?

I should add that I tried to reach Technical Assistance at Magic Chef. Forget it. Anything anybody ever does over there is transfer you to someone else who can't help you.

I think you will find that only the front burner has an adjustable flame. The other two work as you have described.

We have a 3 burner stove and all three are adjustable down to just about off. Push in on the knob and turn it down to whatever setting you want. I can't imagine they've changed these style valves after decades of working as I described.
