Generac Guardian Generator

I Have a 2010 Georgetown 330 with 6500 w Guardian generator. I ran generator for 4 hours and coach batteries still were not fully charged. Later I ran engine without generator for 1 hour and coach batteries fully charged. Do I have problem or misunderstanding of generator operation?

You are misunderstanding the generator operation. When on jenny the batts only can charge what you converter puts out...when you run the engine on your rig you are getting power from an alternator......much faster charging rate.

Make sure your power cord in the power compartment is plugged in.

Isolated problem to converter going bad. Currently it puts out voltage intermittently.
