I am getting about 7 MPG which seem very low -- The 80 gallon tank will go only about 550 miles. Is this the normal gas consumption for this RV?

When I had my 2011 class c on ford e450 chassis with v10, I was getting between 6.5 and 7.5 mpg. Your coach is considerably heavier than that one, so I don't think that you're doing too bad.

Yes, afraid so! On a particularly good day, once in a while, you may get 8, but it won't be often.

Speed is the biggest factor in mileage, so slowing down does help, but the physics of pushing a giant heavy thing with the aerodynamics of a cardboard box down the road limits how much...

We have a 378 and pull a small car on a dolly. In Florida which is fairly flat, we get 7.3 - 7.6. On hilly days in Tennessee and North Carolina, we were as low as 6.99

Yep, 351ds Georgetown here. I live in Texas, gas prices are about 1.79 a gallon, prepare for long trips if we get gas prices like a few years ago.
