Georgetown 377 XL

We bought a used Georgetown 377XL with 3,000 miles on it. 1,500 from Indiana to FL and 1,500 from the previous owners. When we bought it there was a cracked tile by the drivers side and also at the other end of the main slide (should have been a light bulb moment for us but unfortunately not) we just loved the layout. We bought at Camping World and they replaced the tiles and we brought it home. When we were packing to go on a trip we brought it to the house and put the slides out. The main slide went out and broke the two tiles they replaced. The main slide goes out dips a little and then goes back up both going out and in has anyone had a problem like this?

Sounds like the slide needs to be adjusted.
But to answer your question about the main slide dipping as it goes out then rises at the end is how mine works. It still may need to be adjusted but I have used my over the past 30 months without it hitting or damaging the floor.
I would take it back to your local Camping World and tell them this is still an issue.
Good luck
