Georgetown Customer Service Contact

I have been searching until my fingers are numb, can anyone tell me the name and phone number of the Forrest River Georgetown Customer Service folks.

I have a name of April and Steven, don't have an e-mail address or phone number. Would really like both.

Like so may of you I have the dreaded bulges and leaks in the orange hydraulic hoses. We have been checking them an I guess it's a "when" not "if" they are going to leak. Of course my 378 is a 2011 unit so the factory warrenty is over but I see by previous posts that Forrest River has stepped up and repaired out of warrenty unit with this issue.

Thanks,

When I had this issue with my GT I contacted and dealt directly with Lippert and they allowed me to have repairs done at my choosing. My local rv repair facility (3 miles away) did all the paperwork and coordinated the r & r of all my orange hoses. My dealership is 100 miles away. Didn't even contact FR.

Who did you deal with at Lippert? Name and Phone Number please.

Thanks

Thanks for the information folks, I did contact Lippert and it seems that they did not make the hydraulic hoses for Forest River from Jan 2010 to Jan 2011 - my Chassis build date is October 5, 2010 which means that this is a FR Georgetown issue not a Lippert issue. If it had been Lippert they would have covered it.

Drat!!

While you'r at it look up at your ceiling and see if its starting to sag. Thats another problem with 10/11 Georgetowns.

2010 Georgetown 378TS....purchased Jan 2010.

I talked with Dan Evans (warranty shop manager) about several issues beginning in Jan 2012. He said if I came to factory they would fix the issues: 1) sagging ceiling panels (had already been replaced 2 times by dealer) 2) entry steps (gave way when I stepped on them one time) 3) bulges in hydraulic hoses, and a few other minor issues.

Took MH to factory in Elkhart, IN September,2012 and they DID repair/replace all items/issues.

Sorry it didn't work out jimF with Lippert. My GT is a 2012 but with a 2011 chassis, June 2011 build month. Good luck with FR.
