Georgetown Headlights

Does anybody know what vehicle the headlights from a 2007 Georgetown came from? I know some years that had the smaller lights came from a Lincoln LS

Ford F-150 Pick-up Headlights match my 2007 Georgetown Headlight. I'm getting ready to replace mine. The passenger side is clouded from the sun on the inside of the lens. The driver side is like new, go figure. Stay away from the Georgetown RV Headlights on eBay and just buy the ones for the F-150. They're the same headlights at 1/2 to 1/3 the price.
