Georgetown Series 5 - Any Opinions?

We went and looked at a GT5, the 31L5 specifically, and we loved it. Only real downside is the dinette is cramped but dealer said it would be easy enough to order and install the narrower table from the 31R5 to fix it. The GT5 is currently the only model on our shortlist pending looking at a few more brands.

I know they are new and not a lot of people have the GT5 but any experience with the new GT5 or similar late model Georgetowns? Just looking for general impressions, satisfaction, etc. Sorry but we don't need dealer horror stories or yet another lecture about buying new or buying gas. We are aware of the choices we're making.

Thanks!

Check if l-couch will convert to acceptable and comfortable sleeping. 1 person 2? Love the over cab bunk.

We have the 335DS, which is close to the layout of the 31L5. We love it, especially the sofa and fireplace arrangement. We have the over the driver drop down bunk as well. Good layout, can't go wrong. the king bed is an improvement as is a little more room in the bedroom. I was sad that they dropped the 335DS, but it appears that the 31L5 is pretty much the same.

I think they just renamed some floor plans and split the line into "series" for marketing purposes but the new Georgetowns probably aren't much different than the old ones.

We're not to concerned about sleeping positions. It's two of us, kids are grown, not imminent grandkids.

We are looking at the exact same model. Please let us all know if you indeed purchase the 31L5, and if you're happy with your purchase.

We wouldn't order one until summer so I'll ask the same of you. If you beat us to the punch, we'd love to hear what you think.

We will likely be going back to the dealer to give the unit another look ask some questions and take a test drive.

Yes sir! We also managed to get our salesman down to 98k, without much effort. I'd be interested to know what deal you made, so we both can find their lowest price. Thanks!
