how do I repair or replace cracked floor tiles and grout. Also crank open windows are separating from outer shaded glass and the floor in the bedroom is very bouncey when walked on. The vehicle is a 2014 Georgetown 377xl with 4000 miles on it.

I had some grout problems and worked through our dealer. The floor tiles are actually epoxied to the sub floor. My dealer did s great job. We have a 377xl.

Can't help you with the tiles, but I know from experience - if you grout over the existing grout the new grout will also crack. You must remove all the old grout and start fresh.

If you plan to re-grout a small portion, you can buy a grout saw to clean it out. I have the whole dremel kit and it sucked. The hand tool worked way better, faster, and cleaner.

The broken tile should be removed as best you can, then the sub floor cleaned so you can glue in a new one using the same glue FR uses, which sounds like epoxy.

Good luck.

I would think a good quality mastic with a flex additive would be better than epoxy.

I would still like to see a hardwood floor option.
