Can anybody advise what size pex plumbing is used for the waterlines in the 2014 Georgetown?

Found 5/8 O.D. leading to the kitchen sink in my '09 Classic Lite. Boggles my mind to attempt reasoning why that size is needed for this sink. Also, makes it difficult to complete the water filter install I've started. I had to back-trace mine to find the printed-on size.
