Georgetown with RV Refrig

I used my Coach recently and upon prepping for a short storage time I pushed the button to shutdown the fridge and the light went off and propped open the doors.
I forgot something in the coach and had someone go to fetch it for me.
There was a puddle of water on the floor and the power light was still off, but the fridge was on. The freezer was partially frozen.
The family member that went there said she pressed the button and the button came out and the light stayed off.
Has anyone had this issue?
Thank god nothing but maybe some power was lost. I have the laminate flooring so the puddle cleaned right up.
If anything, just wanting to put this out there as a FYI.

Did you hit the coach battery disconnect switch?
Your refrigerator was still running off of the invertor.
The puddle probably was the condensation or ice melting from inside the refrigerator/freezer until your coach batteries went low and shut down the invertor for low voltage.
That is what I think.

I was planning on using it this weekend coming up. So it was still plugged into the City Power. I think the button on the fridge stuck in and did not totally turn off the fridge. I was more concerned about this happening to people that keep it plugged in for long term storage. But rest assured, I will kill the battery power and make sure the unit is closed down. I never had that happen before and don't want it again! LOL thanks!
