Georgetown with TOAD pictures

I saw a post with pictures of other campers towing their rigs and thought it might be neat and helpful to get a thread with pictures of our Georgetown's pulling TOADS. It might be helpful to list your components and how they are working for you.

Our setup is a 2012 as in our signature. Our TOAD is a 2014 Chev Sonic with automatic transmission. I installed a Blu-Ox baseplate which turned into quite the job because drilling into the steel frame was a nightmare. But it got done and I'm now happy with how stable and strong it appears to be. Our tow bar is a Ready Brute with brake system. I love it and would never go with anything else. I also installed a lighting kit that comes with new tail lights which are installed into the existing tail light housing. I had to drill two holes into the housing which was a piece of cake.

I hope to see a bunch of pictures and setups.

Our 2010 Georgetown 373 first towed a 2009 Toyota Yaris with a Roadmaster tow bar that stayed attached and folded to the front of the Yaris. I bought it fully equipped for towing from my brother in-law who used to deliver motorhomes.

In 2013 we bought a Jeep Wrangler and I installed a Blue Ox baseplate on the Jeep to use with an NSA Ready Brute Elite towbar with built-in surge brake and a Roadmaster drop hitch.

2016 364TS towing a 2003 Jeep Liberty with automatic.. Using a Blu Ox 10000 load limit.. Kind of over kill and a blue ok plate.. We also added the additional light kit and we also have the portable brake system when required.. Takes about five minutes to hitch up or disconnect.. Super easy

We have a 2006 378TS and pull a 2014 Chevy Sonic, automatic with Blue Ox tow bar and baseplate, no add. brake, electric wired into Sonic. Very easy and my wife loves it. Happy camping, Andy

2004 Georgetown 32 with our "new" 2012 CRV on the way home from getting the tow setup installed. Tow bar is Roadmaster with Invisabrake.

Darn, missed the photo.

Here are the pics at the fire station up the hill from home.

Gotta love how well the match. That was not planned.
