Get Ready for the 5 Year Replacements

We've had our Georgetown for 4-1/2 Years and are now starting the replacement of a few expired items. First the engine battery has developed a bad cell, so I'll be replacing it this week. Fire Extinguisher has lost enough pressure that it's creeping into the Red side of the Gauge, so bought a new one. Carbon Monoxide Detector started chirping every minute with flashing Green, Yellow and Red lights. They last about 5 years and now has to be replaced as well. I did learn one thing is that the CO detectors for RVs are designed for what they consider to be Unconditioned Space. So the ones sold at Walmart, Home Depot or Lowes don't meet those requirements, at least I couldn't find one.
I guess this isn't too bad but in 2 years we'll be looking at tires and that's going to be a big chunk of change.

You might as well add the house batteries. We had to replace both of them this year. The orriginals were stamped 07 and wouldn't hold a charge.

That was last summer around August. I also forgot 3 illiuminated rocker switches. 1 for the water pump, 1 for the porch light, and the last 1 for the steps.

Five Year Replace - Rocker Switch

I noticed my water pump rocker switch no longer lights. Do you have a part number for the one you used?
