Good Sam extended warranty

I would like to get some feedback on the good Sam or any other extended warranty that someone has actually had to use to fix a problem in there coach. Reason I'm asking is because I've read a lot of reviews on extended warranty not honoring repairs that are said to be covered in there policy. Any advice on a good extended warranty would be greatly appreciated.

Your best bet would be to take that money and put it under your mattress for the day you might need it. You are going to give them between 3 and 5 thousand dollars then if nothing happens puff its gone while under the mattress you still have it. Then for all the things not covered oh well. Take that money put it away some place where you can get your hands on it add some extra to it if you want and it is still yours. Semper Fi

Dont have Blue Sky anymore. They got real proud of their company and rates sky rocketed. We have Progressive now. If Blue Sky has a decent roadside, no reason to look further. Again as to extended supplemental Warranty.... run from it.

We have the Good Sam warranty. I'm calling tomorrow to make my 1st claim on our slide and a/c unit. This could be a big hit. One guy thought just fur the slide somewhere around $1500. We have a cable that snapped.

I agree! We tried to get them to honor the repair of the leveling system on our 2009 Mirada in 2012 but they stated that the system was "antiquated" and therefore excluded under their policy. We dropped them and have just been saving the associated cash for protactive maintenance.

Good Sam Extended Warranty

I used to have a Good Sam Warranty but dropped it after it got too expensive to take the chance on whether they would pay on a claim or not. I made a claim on my generator early on that was rejected. I had only had the coach a short while and on the generator quit. They claimed I hadn't put any oil in it but I had checked the oil before firing it up and even had seasoned RVer's helping me. Turned out there was an oil leak but they rejected it after review. They did, however, handle an expensive problem with my leveling system.
