Great customer service

I have a new Georgetown XL 377ts with the real tile floor. It was suppose to come with some extra tiles and when we first looked at it the tiles were there. After we got the coach home I got to thinking about the tiles and went looking for them. They were originally under the dinning table but I just figured they had put them in a safe place like under the bed so didn't look for them during the PDI. I couldn't find them anywhere so called the dealer and they looked in their parts dept to see if someone had placed them there. No such luck so they called Forest River and the next thing I know UPS truck pulls into the drive way with a 45 pound box full of the extra tiles already mounted to the locking backing system. These tiles are a lot thicker than I thought they were. Also a lot heavier. I wonder what the entire floor of this 38 foot coach weighs. Thank you Paul Sherry RV and Forest River for your quick response and great customer service.
