I love seeing these positive posts. They reinforce why so many of us love FR despite the issues our various TT, fiver, MH etc may have.

I would agree with the great customer service (good info in answer to my emails)...
EXCEPT --- they advertise (and told me via emails) that the coax connection on the Forester is a Cable/Sat connection. This is just no true.

This connection will not work with either Directv or Dish due to a splitter (or more than one) being used. I emailed customer service and showed them how to get around this problem. They said they would only fix something back to factory specs (even though factory specs don' work as advertised). I bring a cable thru the window (like many others) but would still be nice if they would take care of the issue. Basically it's a borderline false advertising claim as it is.

Again, they have been terrific about anything else. I asked about location of a fuse and they emailed me a complete list of all fuses and electrical specs. Much appreciated.
