GT 328TS Transmission Leak

To begin with I want to give a BIG Thank You to Art, owner of Consumer Transmission, in Poughkeepsie, NY. If you are ever in the area and have a transmission problem he is your man. 845-473-8920

We are Full Timers in a 2014 GT 328TS with 45k miles (two trips to Alaska). We are traveling in the NE this summer and discovered a leak from the transmission. Luckily we were in a family member’s driveway near Pouhkeepsie, NY. I called Good Sam (have an ESP through them), they gave me a long list of places to call. None worked out, either they only worked on diesels or they couldn’t handle a Class A. Finally located a Ford Dealer in Albany, NY, 90 miles away.

The morning I headed out to get to Albany I stopped to add more fluid. A gentleman was out for his morning walk and stopped to talk about the RV. Told him where I was headed and why, he said “wait, I’ve got a guy”. He called Art and off I went, just three miles away.

Just got our home back and will continue our travels after an extended visit with our family. Life is Great!!!
