Thanks for the website tip, I called LCI just like IGGY suggested and low and behold I busted the dealership since LCI didn't have a record of the dealer opening up a case....so I opened the case for them and called them while I had LCI on the line on the spot....Dealer was trying to backpedal so fast and lots of "ahh-ahh, well, we never really open a case for warranty"....
LCI Customer Service (Nicole) was VERY helpful and communicated to me to tell the service person at the dealer to call them with any issues with their products.
I'm very grateful for this forum.....THANKS!
Now- Why are dealerships so reluctant to call when the parts and systems are covered under warranty???? I just don't get it.
