Headlamp lens 2011 360 Georgetown

In Az and got a rock in one of the headlamps. Bulb is fine but the round glass lens is broke. The numbering on the lens is SAE HR 01H9 L010044 Vo DOT Kaper 11 (roman numerals ). Has anyone an idea where I can find one and know the procedure to replace it. Thanks

Iggy, I found the same info, however, I could not find the L01-0044 reflector in the catalog. Maybe a call to them would be the next step. I think Kaper is the manufacturer as you stated. Here is a picture from my '12 Georgetown which has the same reflector.

By the way, the other clear lens is a L01-0043. Could not find it either.

Yes, please do. If you find where to get them, I would love to know. Someday I may need the same piece.

Hello Ron,
I am assuming that you are talking about 90mm projection headlights? I need to know if you have the cracked lens on the high or low beam? The low beam would be the light with the “fish eye” lens.
Unfortunately, the lens is not a replaceable item. It is a composite type headlamp assembly, and most of these types are glued or sonically welded together. If the lens is cracked we should be able to simply replace the lamp housing, once we know if it is a high/low beam.
90mm Low beam projection lamp only-$50.00
90mm High beam projection lamp only-$43.00

As far as the aiming, there is a mount bracket that these lights are installed on by 3 mounting pins. These mounting pins are where the adjustments are made to aim the lights.

John, why do the part numbers not show up in the KaperII catalog? The part numbers are on the the lenses.
