with the coach loaded and level on it's wheels the headlights 'hot spot' should be level (vertically) and straight ahead (horizontally) with the center of the bulb at about 35'. They use fancy aimers at dealers but a wall and a tape measure will work, or even have your DW stand there and have the light shine on her.
I've had vehicles in the past that even when set up properly seemed to have bad light patterns and you can tweak the lights a bit - just remember that higher than level isn't good as it can blind oncoming drivers.
