Headlight warning buzzer

Hi folks,
On our maiden voyage in our new to us 2006 Georgetown 350, I noticed that there was no warning buzzer if I left the lights on. Is this the norm or is mine not working? If they don't have one does anyone know of an aftermarket buzzer I can install?
Thanks
Steve

There's a few things about motorhomes that don't follow the game of other personal vehicles including headlight buzzers. Mine is a 2010 model and doesn't have one either. You could wait and see if others comment.

Also............

- not sure where you live, but the models sold here in Canada do not have the speedometers predominantly in kilometers versus miles per hour as cars do
- no airbags
- license plates as if a car........not a truck
- no interior dome lights when you enter
- etc. etc. etc.

No domes, speedo in MPH. I'm not sure about the air bag and and plates. I'll check it out. But one thing for sure...after the maiden voyage...I'm hooked !

None on our 2007 Georgetown either. The headlights do come on when transmission is shifted to Drive but don't believe all the other lights come unless you turn them on. Found this out in my driveway at 3:00 AM one morning when getting ready to leave for trip and just moved the coach up a few feet and had not turned on the headlights. The only overhead lighting is from the switch next to the steps on the way in. No air bags here either.

Like Charlie mentioned...........the headlights coming on automatically when you put the selector into DRIVE is the equivalent to how the Canadian version of cars has been for a number of years now..........daytime running lights. Just activates the headlights but no other exterior lights.

Steve.......unless you want tailights ON for cloudy/rainy/dark conditions, check and see if your headlights come ON automatically when you put it in gear. Then you won't have to worry about leaving the lights on when you turn OFF the ignition.

Yes..I have the Daytime Running Lights. They come on a soon as I start it. I'll leave it as is. If I do forget and leave the lights on...I always have that " Magical Battery Boost Button" to fall back on.
