Had the same thing a couple of years back. Need a new circuit board. Mobile tech, circuit board, remove test and replace, $155.00.

Could be a board. If it is an Atwood furnace I believe it will have an on/off switch and a motor circuit breaker on the unit and I think they are accessible from the outside exhaust hatch. I'm not 100% certain of this though. I don't know if a bad board would keep the fan from coming on but perhaps so.

It could be several things. I would check the high limit switch, the blower relay or even pull the fuse wait 10 minutes then put the fuse back in. No way to really checking the circuit board except I think there is an LED light on it that is suppose to light up when it is working.
Look on YouTube for trouble shooting tips.

does your thermostat have a Fan setting? If so if you put it into Fan mode does the fan come on? If so then the thermostat is probably good. Also is the furnace exhaust vent running (normally the same motor as the heating air) Test by listening outside near the exhaust vent.

YouTube and search engines are your friend in this situation plus they are free.
