Help Installing Fridge Fan

I am trying to install the aftermarket fridge fan, but am having a heck of a time trying to get the door light switch off the fridge wall to hook the wire to it,

Can somebody give me a heads up on how that switch comes out?

It's a Dometic fridge in a GT 373

If it is the internal fan I just stripped the wire and lifted the bulb out and clipped the wire under the bulb. One side of by bulb is wired hot so it took only a minute to hook up and fan runs all the time the fridge is switched on.

Could you post a photo of hook up and the fan, I am considering same as the double door is slow on reaching temp when weather is warm.
