Help- No water from fresh water tank

2016 364TS. My fresh water tank is full with both water pumps on but no water coming from faucets (water works fine on city water). Dealer says let water pumps run for 5 min with faucets open. This isn't working. Is there any other answer other than my pumps aren't working?

IF you can hear the pump it could take awhile to fill the lines if there is not water in them and the water heater was empty.

Flip the valve from winterize to fresh water uptake.

Yes I can hear the pumps. Nomad, where is the valve you are referring to?

In the 364, that would be 2 valves. They're in the drop-down bin under the bunkhouse slider behind a plastic panel. You can either go through the portholes or remove the panel. I just pulled the panel and stuck it on top of the tank. Much easier to check the water level.

Nope those are your water heater bypass valves, but they are all set correctly.

The winterizing valve may still be in the antifreeze intake position if this is the first time you used the RV since being winterized.

Do yourself a favor while you're in there. If you look next to the valves you'll see a couple of filter screen cups. Make sure the cups are tight or your pumps will cycle on and off to maintain pressure. Don't ask how I know.

Check all the fittings between the tank and the pump. If one is loose and sucking air you will never draw vacuum because it will suck up the air instead of the water.
