HI I need help cant find the buypass valvs for the watter heater I have a 378xl 2015 and not winterized its calling for minus - 14 to nite here at home don't now wy the dealer dint do it I just pick up a month ago now im worry my filter had a big block off ice thank you

Find your water heater panel outside and then look underneath the coach for a removable cover. Valves should be inside.

I'd be worried about a lot of things besides my water filter. Are you sure the dealer didn't winterize it? if they did not, you need to totally winterize it by draining ALL water from all the tanks, lines and water heater. Pump a small amount of antifreeze into the water heater, then open the bi-pass valves and pour 2-3 gal of antifreeze into the fresh water tank and run each water spicket ( both the hot & cold) until pink comes out. Don't forget the toilet and put a cup or 2 down each drain to fill the trap. If there's any question as to how to do this process---get it in the dealers heated shop NOW. If it freezes up, you'll have broken pipes and potential leaks throughout the unit!!!!!!!!!

If you are sure your dealer did NOT winterize, and you have concerns (sounds like you do) and don't know all the access points and areas for winterizing.........get to the dealer right away!!!!!!!

If you suffer damage from frozen water lines, it's NOT covered under warranty and could cost you for years to come.

I suggest adding a winterizing kit to your water pump so you can avoid putting antifreeze in your fresh water tank. It will be a major effort to flush your system if there is antifreeze in the fresh water tank.

thanks for the help got done nite looks ok nothing frozen little bit of antifreeze on the water heater find the valves after call dealer to let now if something wrong later the will take care I was told gone to the dealer on Friday just to make sure I have no problems later the were sorry and gone to have big talk with the guy that prepare looks like is in trouble its a good thing that I win out and cheque win I see the filter full off ice and water not total frozen spend 4 hours looking for leaks but dint find any so its a good thing thanks for all your help

Good that all is OK.....the tech guy probably only did was he was told to do.....sh..t flows downhill.....unless you talked to tech guy directly and he admitted that he missed it. IMHO
