I talked to my factory rep and sent pictures.. He advised to make appointment for caps to be installed soon.. He said that all the new ones would be coming out with the caps from the factory.. Kind of defeats the purpose of a seamless roof and gives one big caulk line to keep an eye on with all the other areas that are caulked

Mine has them also, have an appointment, the end of September. I too am concerned about having another caulk line that can potentially leak.

If they need to install the radius caps, I'll probably wait until the end of the season to let them have it for a while to take care of it. Overall we've had a great experience so far with our 364. Only Minor issues in first 6 months. Hopefully no major issues develop. My dealer (Alpin Haus) actually offers a free lifetime warranty covering many of the appliances and systems on the coach (but not the roof). It's within the 1 year FR warranty period so hopefully the roof issue will be squared away without any issues....

Update: forest river approved a radius cap install under warranty to fix the crease problem. At first they told the dealer that it was "as designed", but after I threw a fit about that answer they approved the fix on the dealers second inquiry. I'm waiting until October to get it done though, we have two more trips planned for this season....

Mine was scheduled for Sept 12 for this repair. But with the Louisiana flooding it may be delayed.

RVnut, I was given the option to paint and match what was there also and that is still open to me according to FR. I have chosen so far to leave it black for future roof sealant and maintenance matching. Looks good to us, but it's a choice you need to make. Hope they do good work for you. CW did mine and I pulled off all their sealant and redid it. Poor workmanship. They offered to do it over, but as long as it took them to do "bad" work, couldn't imagine how long they'd keep it to do "good" work.
