They look exactly like the ceiling speakers for surround sound in our Georgetown. There are just the two small screws holding it in position. Might be wrong on thus but, I believe they may only be 4 Watt speakers so be sure what you're replacing them with.

Good question. Is there an access hole through the cabinet to the right of that speaker?

We have a 2014 351DS. We do not have the two speakers up high as shown in your picture. You should be able to pull the black cover off, I believe it is just held on with Velcro. If you are trying to do an upgrade to your speakers that is easy to do. Just need to also change the booster amplifier to drive them. Pull the old speakers out, cut a bigger hole to fit the new speaker. I installed six, 6 inch JBL's (4 in the ceiling and 2 up front under the dash) along with a 12 inch sub-woofer. I now have an unbelievable sound going down the road or watching a movie. I would show pictures but having problems uploading them.

Cover does not come off. It's built in behind the woodwork.

I'm shopping for a 351DS or 364TS and came across your post. Pic is the ceiling speaker in my current Thor ACE 30.1. You pry open the screen/grill in the centre, not the trim to get at the speaker inside. I had to figure it out to fix a wiring problem in my unit.

Yours looks similar. I used a punch tool with a sharp round end to get into one of the openings of the grill and pull it down.

The speaker I'm referring to is the big brown rectangle. Not the ceiling speaker. Sorry, didn't notice at first that was in the picture.

So no access panel on either side of the speaker (in the cabinets)?
