We are leaving here in about 11 days to start our Goshen trip and yes that's hot there and should be much cooler up north, Its still raining as I type. Here in Abilene we are not flooding yet but places around us have and there is rain in the forecast for the next 3 days. Good thing is all the lakes are at 100% will be good for the boaters this year. Glad we don't live around Austin or Houston they have it bad.

I am planning on leaving Central Florida either Wednesday night or Thursday AM. Will that give me enough time to get to Goshen?
The great thing about the RV, is I can drive along time because the seat is comfy. The bad thing is I don't go over 65mph.
Your wisdom is very much appreciated.

Did a quick google search and Orlando to Goshen is 1125 miles or 375 per day at 3 days driving. For me that would be doable, I can average close to 500 if I am driving only. Some don't like to drive that long in a day that is personal preference. Good Luck and hope to see you there!

Glad you stopped by and updated us that you are joining us in Goshen.
I'm planning a little seminar for all Georgetown owners sometime during the rally.

The more the merrier is correct and I believe they are trying to get us parked all together, if not maybe we all can meet up and plan on arriving all together so when parking us we will be very close to each other. That could be Plan B.
