How to access bedroom tv

2014 378TS. Trying to access back of bedroom TV to plug in an HDMI cable. I simply don't have enough room to get connected thru the little doorway in the adjacent closet. Also washer dryer doesn't make it any easier. Toshiba TV has HDMI ports on left rear side.

Don't see any way to remove the TV from the bracket. Tried lifting straight up, but didn't want to break it.

Thoughts?

I have a 2013 378TS and I used the closet to the right of the TV and removed the screws that can be seen wnen you stick your head in the closet and looked for those said screws. Not to hard to do. Remove the screws and have someone hold the TV.

You're welcome. If needed I can take pictures but it is really easy.

Bedroom TV

Ha Guys, Remove those two screws holding the TV to the furring strips. Have help of course. Remove the TV and all the wood in that hole. Find a piece of plywood that will match your color. Make a hinged door, reattach TV to said door and have more closet space. I raised my TV to near the ceiling and now I can lay in bed and look "UP" verses low at my feet. I'll be glad to send Pics if anyone is interested.

From the right side remove or cut a large hole in the thin plywood. The factory made a bad choice to close it in. Once you have a large enough hole you will find 4 screws (i think 4). This is the plywood sheet that the tv is mounted to. You will need a person at the TV to hold it up. While you are there add an extension cord for roku and dvd. Also run cables for these future devices.

Sounds a lot like the situation in our 330TS. The space looks like it had been designed for a CRT type TV. My arm is not long enough to get a HDMI cable in from the access port in the closet so with an 8" forceps and a lot of patience, I finally got the cable in.
Would also like to run a HDMI cable from the DVD/Radio/Amp to the TV behind its wall but just too much stuff in the way.

I moved the bedroom tv to under the rear window using the existing swing arm mounting bracket

I like it much better at eye level rather than looking up

Works like a charm and still tucks close enough to the wall to get by easily

Just screwed a stained 1x6x12 under the window and attached all the hardware to it
If anyone wants pics let me know
