How to dismount 335DS TV

Does anyone know how to remove the main 42" TV in a 335DS from the wall mount? Normally the TV will simply lift off, but in the 335, it fits into a recess in the wall and there isn't much clearance. it won't come off easily and I don't want to force it for fear that something will break.

Thanks,
Steve

That is the way. You have to remove all the screws and lift it out. It takes two people. I removed mine to add Apple TV and a HDMI cord.

Yes there about 8 little screws that hold it to the wall, 4 on the top and 4 on the bottom of the TV. I took that bracket off and replaced it with a mounting rail that has straps the let you unhook it and remove the TV with a lot less hassle. I scratched the wood finish taking it out the first time, the bottom of the rail rubbed against the woodwork at the bottom of the TV. Suggest you have another person there with you to help if and when you ever take it out.
