How to remove a TV from the wall?

Can anyone tell me how to remove the several flat screen TVs from the wall?

I do not know the specifics of your RV but most are on swing-out brackets. If yours are then swing them out and remove the screws holding them to the brackets. Have someone support them when you remove the last couple of screws. You can then unbolt the brackets from the wall.

The three TVs do not swing out. They are all flat against the wall with no clearance. I tried pushing them upward, even with substantial force. One of them moves up about a half inch but does not come loose or outward.

Is there a latch behind the TV? You may be able to feel it by reaching in from the top.

Some others use a bolt screwed in from the top/bottom to lock them onto the track.

In a last act of desperation, ask the dealer.

That's good; ask the dealer!

Seriously, I think double D may have it. I'll try that tomorrow.

I have a 2007 373ds and have yet to figure out how to remove the living room tv. From what I could see there are two wooden brackets that run vertically to the tv bracket. These are attached to the backside (inside) of the cabinet with wood screws. I have not tried to remove these wood screws yet but I see no other way of removing the tv as I believe the way the bracket is mounted to the tv it is a permanent bracket and not one with a quick release. There is a release for the dining room tv or you just push up on it. I can't remember but I know I have had it off before. I had an analog tv in the bedroom and just removed the trim to get that out and replace it with a digital.

On our 37tz Encounter, the dining TV is across the corner. There is two brackets going across the corner. To remove the TV you lift up slightly and let it come forward out of the key hole like lock. Kind of tricky the first time but it works well. Good luck.
