I have a couple of questions, I have a GT 350 ts it is a 2012 but built in June 2011.

A update on the step bolt. I went to several rv dealers In Des Moines and had not much luck. I bought a small hardened spacer
From menards. Th ID was the right size but OD was oversized. I placed it on a bolt and used a pedestal grinder to grind the O D. Using a caliper was able to match the size and it works just fine. As a side note one dealer didn't think lci would even sell me a replacement bolt.

If you were near me I would give you one. When the second one broke in AZ I ordered two from Lippert. Then Forest River replaced my steps at the Frog Rally and I still have one so I have one to give away.

Replaced my Lippert steps with Kwikee last year, and shoulder bolt broke one month after warranty expired. Ordered 2 bolts from Lippert (they now own Kwikee) to have a spare. Bit of a job replacing bolt, but instructions on website pretty clear. Steps have some spring, and expect bolt will shear again. I use a step support whenever we park for any period of time.

I have a 2010 Georgetown 373 that had propane problems as well. My trouble shooting found the electric valve that is positioned after the regulators had gotten hot as is normal but had melted on the inside and stopped the valve from opening to allow the flow of propane to the coach appliances. I took it off and disconnected the wiring to it. Others on this forum advised to leave it off but to remember to shut the tank off if a leak is detected by the sensor. I had to shut off the detector and turned it back on. Everything is fine now without the overheated valve. Be careful when touching the valve because they do get hot.

The sensor now goes off every afternoon in the heat just sitting in the driveway. If I put a fan on the sensor it goes green in a couple of minutes. It is in shop now having oil changed and air conditioner compressor checked. When done I think I will just replace the sensor. Thanks.

Is your RV plugged into shore power? Is your battery disconnect on or off?

I put sealed batteries a couple of years ago and it solved the batteries gassing off.

Try turning the battery switch off, but leave it plugged in. See if that stops it.
