Do you have a residential fridge?

I believe your inverter is dedicated to the residential fridge operation. There may be only one or two AC sockets tied to it also.

I'm with Bubbles here and don't understand your question as stated. If it's a residential fridge, it doesn't run off 12 volt directly, but would have to have an inverter changing the 12 volt DC to 120 volt AC.

Are you perhaps asking if it's currently running off of battery power ONCE it goes thru an inverter?

If it is a residential fridge you need to have a charged battery for the inverter to change 12v dc to 110v ac. The inverter should be very close to the battery. Usually only for the fridge but yours may be different.
